Virtual Tour through the Chinese Room
In a new research project at the Institute for European Global Studies, the research groups Global History of Europe and Digital Humanities are exploring the Chinese Room of the Sandgrube. They use the Sandgrube for all traces left over in a local Basel environment by centuries of global exchange. Initial findings are presented in a virtual tour of the Chinese Room and in expert videos.
