Colloquium Series “Global Aging” mit Cornelius Torp

"Soziale Ungleichheit und Gerechtigkeit. Alter und Alterssicherung in Großbritannien und Deutschland vom Zweiten Weltkrieg bis zur Gegenwart"

Dr. Cornelius Torp is lecturer at the Department of History at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg. His research interests include the history of globalization, transnational history, nineteenth and twentieth century German and British history, economic history and social sciences methodologies.

During the spring semester 2014, the Institute for European Global Studies organizes a colloquium series on the topic of “Global Aging”. During those interdisciplinary research colloquia, scholars of the Institute and other institutions present their research to the scientific community.
