Working Lunch with Benedict Vischer

«Crises and developments of the European constitutional order»

Benedict Vischer is an associated researcher at the Institute for European Global Studies Basel and at the Centre Marc Bloch in Berlin. He studied Philosophy, Theology and Law in Basel, Berlin, St. Gallen, Zurich and at the Yale Law School and obtained a doctorate in legal philosophy from the Humboldt University Berlin. He works mainly in the fields of legal philosophy and international public law. He is particularly interested in Europe’s constitutional developments and the structuring role of pluralism in the constitution of Europe.
