Christa Tobler Participates in Conference of the Austrian Federal Chancellery
Prof. Christa Tobler gave a talk at a conference organized by the Austrian Federal Chancellery in Vienna on November 15, 2013, on the subject of the cooperation between the Council of Europe and the European Union. She spoke about the interpretation and application of the prohibition of discrimination under the European Convention on Human Rights and under EU law. In mid-November, Austria took over the rotating presidency of the Council of Europe.
