Presentation by Christa Tobler at the University of Ghent
On November 19, 2019, the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the University of Ghent (Belgium) and the Ghent European Law Institute organized an academic workshop on the subject of ‘Switzerland and the European Union: A strong Bilateral Partnership with Continental and Global Reach’. In this framework, Christa Tobler spoke on ‘The law and practice of sectoral bilateralism from the Swiss perspective‘.
Christa Tobler is Professor of European Law at the Institute for European Global Studies. Her research interests include the legal relations between Switzerland and the European Union as well as issues of equality before the law and discriminations.
