On 12 July, a workshop was held in hybrid format (on site and online) at the University of Reading in the UK on the subject of "EU law teaching in the UK post-Brexit: learning from EU law colleagues based in other non-EU states and seeking UK solutions". Christa Tobler spoke online on the experience in Switzerland and the approach chosen by her for making EU law attractive in a country that itself is not an EU Member State.

Christa Tobler is Professor of European Law at the Institute for European Global Studies. Her research interests include the legal relations between Switzerland and the European Union as well as issues of equality before the law and discriminations.
