Prof. Christa Tobler has commented on the implementation of the results of the 2014 Swiss immigration referendum in the Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ). The reason for the comment was the potentially speedy finalisation of the negotiations between Switzerland and the EU regarding this matter. Prof. Tobler advised Switzerland against taking unilateral measures on this issue. Christa Tobler is a Professor of Law at the Institute for European Global Studies at the University of Basel.
