Christa Tobler teaches at the Law & Legal Skills Summer School 2022 in the Czech Giant Mountains

Organized by the Common Law Society of Charles University, Prague, the summer school takes place during two weeks in July at the University's mountain house "Patejdlova bouda". In 2022, its subject is the European Union and its place in the world. In this framework, Christa Tobler taught on two subjects, first the law of the European Economic Area (EEA), "From free movement to EEA citizenship?", and second, "EU-Swiss relations: Free movement of persons without the Citizenship Directive - for the time being …".

Christa Tobler is Professor of European Law at the Institute for European Global Studies. Her research interests include the legal relations between Switzerland and the European Union as well as issues of equality before the law and discriminations.
