Associated Researcher

Mpoi Hilpert was a Research Associate and Assistant in European Law at the Institute for European Studies. Her research focuses on European and Swiss food law, European economic law, human rights, and comparative law. Her completed doctoral thesis examines the regulation of novel foods in the European Union and Switzerland. In addition to her academic work, she has professional experience as a lawyer, research consultant, and university lecturer.
