Two New Publications by Christa Tobler
Prof. Dr. Christa Tobler has published two new contributions. The Schweizerisches Jahrbuch für Europarecht 2013/2014 features her article on the question about who is covered by the term "family member" under EU law and Swiss-EU bilateral law for the purposes of the free movement of persons. In addition to that, her article on „Equality and Non-Discrimination under the ECHR and EU Law – A Comparison Focusing on Discrimination against LGBTI Persons“ was published in the latest issue of the journal Zeitschrift für ausländisches öffentliches Recht und Völkerrecht.
