Mpoi Hilpert published Article on Swiss Novel Food Regulation

In 16 April 2025, Mpoi Hilpert published an article titled "Swiss Novel Foods Regulation: From Autonomous Adaptation to a Bilateral Treaty" in the Swiss Review of International and European Law. The article explores the development of Switzerland’s novel foods regulation, focusing on the transition from independently adapting European Union standards to establishing formal bilateral agreements.

Mpoi Hilpert is a Teaching and Research Assistant in European Law at the Institute for European Global Studies. She obtained her Master of Law (MLaw) in International and Comparative Law from the University of Zurich. Currently, she is working on her dissertation project titled "The Regulation of Novel Foods in the EU and Switzerland: A Pursuit of Food Safety, Security, and Sustainability."
