"An Incomplete Transformation: The Procedural and Organisational Law of the European Court of Justice" is the topic of our next working Lunch with Dr. Christoph Krenn (Max Planck Institute for Comparative and Public Law, Heidelberg). The event was scheduled for Wednesday, 22 March 2023, but had to be cancelled. A new date is to be announced.
Christoph Krenn is a Senior Research Fellow at Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany. In his research, he is most interested in EU constitutional law, theory and practice of ECJ decision-making, internal market law and EU citizenship, as well as the rise of constitutional adjudication in Austria and Switzerland.
Working Lunches are a regular event at the Institute for European Global Studies. They serve as a platform of communication between the researchers of the institute, visiting scholars and associated members.
