The Law of the European Union

“Equal Treatment and Non-Discrimination“ is the topic of a new contribution by Prof. Dr. Christa Tobler. The book chapter was published in the fifth edition of "The Law of the Euroean Union" (2018), the leading reference work on the law of the European integration in the Netherlands.

Christa Tobler is Professor of European Law at the Institute for European Global Studies. Her research interests include the legal relations between Switzerland and the European Union as well as issues of equality before the law and discriminations.
