Christa Tobler Writes Chapter for the "Handbook of EEA Law"
Prof. Christa Tobler has written a chapter for the "Handbook of EEA Law". In the chapter, she discusses mechanisms for the settlement of disputes between the EEA Member States. She also draws comparisons with the legal regimes between the EU and two non-Member States, namely Turkey and Switzerland, respectively. The "Handbook of EEA Law" was edited by Carl Baudenbacher and comprehensively addresses the breadth of law encompassed by the EEA Agreement. Christa Tobler is a Professor of Law at the Institute for European Global Studies at the University of Basel.
