Christa Tobler has published a new paper entitled "EU-, EEA- or WTO-Style Dispute Resolution in the EU-Swiss Relations?". The article is published in the book "The EU and the WTO: Ever the Twain Shall Meet. Liber Amicorum Marco Bronckers" by Freya Baetens and Stefaan Van den Bogaert.

Christa Tobler's publication is about the mechanism reflected in the draft institutional agreement between the EU and Switzerland and analyzes the nature of the remedies envisaged in this context from a comparative perspective. While the Swiss government decided not to sign the agreement, the issues underlying it remain nevertheless essential.

Christa Tobler is Professor of European Law at the Institute for European Global Studies. Her research interests include the legal relations between Switzerland and the European Union as well as issues of equality before the law and discriminations.
